Description:
Selank is a synthetic analog of the endogenous tetrapeptide tuftsin, it is a therapeutic peptide with anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) and nootropic (cognitive-enhancing) properties. In preclinical research, it has been shown to modulate GABAergic signaling, stabilize serotonin metabolism, and influence stress-response pathways without sedative or motor-impairing effects.

It primarily works by modulating neurotransmitter systems in the brain, including serotonin, dopamine, and the GABAergic system. By enhancing GABA function, it produces a calming effect similar to benzodiazepines but without the associated side effects like sedation, dependence, or withdrawal
